The Military Training Authority for the Security Forces participated in a discussion session entitled Gender in the Security Institution, in the presence of the Governor of Ramallah Governorate, Dr. Laila Ghannam, the Minister of Interior, Major General Ziyad Hab Al-Rih, and the Minister of Women's Affairs, Dr. Amal Hamad, and the Director General of the Directorate of Military Medical Services, Major General Doctor/ Maysoon Al-Banna. The meeting included (3) dialogue sessions on some personal experiences of women. The session came out with several recommendations, most notably strengthening the role of women, empowering them and integrating them in all job tasks, and emphasizing the need to maintain unified discourse in all aspects.
