Achieving success and excellence today depends mainly on the human staff who is qualified, trained and prepared for the task that will be assigned to him.
In the Palestinian National Security Forces, the leadership realized early on the importance of building a qualified and trained person who is responsible for not only achieving security and safety for the Palestinian citizen who suffers from the scourge of the occupation, but also the importance of building professional and organized security forces that achieve the tasks and behaviors entrusted to them within the framework of serving the national liberation project aimed at achieving Freedom and independence.

Training in the Palestinian security forces today is an extension of the training of the Palestinian revolutionary forces in the diaspora, so the trained and qualified guerrilla today is the military who is best prepared to carry out his tasks, even if the training mechanisms, methods and approaches differ. High efficiency based on science and technology, guided by law, respect for human rights, promoting modern concepts of creativity and thinking, integrating gender and specialization in training and performing tasks on an integrated basis between the various arms of the Palestinian security forces, and reinforced this through the legal framework governing the work of the Military Training Authority of the security forces according to the decree Presidential Council No. (35) of 2007, as the body in charge of the foundational training for members of the security forces to unify the concepts and foundations on which the Palestinian security arms are built and the joint training of the various components of the security forces. training to the level we enjoy today.

The Military Training Authority has also sought, and will continue to strive, to disseminate pioneering concepts and values for creative community communication, through training and opening channels with the various components of society, as we realize that every group in our society has its own vision, concepts, and convictions that, even if we disagree with them, strengthen our conviction by working more to strengthen the productive relationship. Correct relations with society within the framework of serving the common good, for all our people are in one trench, which is the trench of resistance until the establishment of the state, even if the means and ways are many. Hence, it falls upon us, in the Training Authority for the Palestinian Security Forces, to work more to achieve the vision of the political leadership by building security forces at the highest levels of efficiency, professionalism, and professionalism that are aware of the tasks entrusted to them and provide the best service to our people with the minimum number of mistakes and abuses that are acceptable because of our human nature, striving to reach To every Palestinian citizen, wherever he is, to support and support the security forces that serve him and preserve his security, dignity and rights.
