The 30th Basic Leadership Course Conducts Advanced Field Training at the Palestine Police Sciences College to Enhance First Responder Readiness

As part of developing field capabilities and enhancing professional readiness, the 30th Basic Leadership Course conducted a specialized training visit to the Palestine Police Sciences College in Jericho. The visit, supervised by the Leadership Training Team of GMTC, aimed to solidify the concept of the "first responder" according to the latest professional practices in crime scene handling.
The participants were received by Brigadier General/ Ibrahim Al-Absi, the college director, and officers from various departments. In his address, Brigadier General/ Al-Absi emphasized the importance of specialized practical training in preparing a security cadre capable of handling diverse field situations with high efficiency.
Lieutenant Colonel/ Hamza Zaboun, head of the Criminal Sciences Division, presented an advanced practical demonstration covering crime scene handling mechanisms, from securing the site and preserving forensic evidence to implementing professional procedures that ensure the integrity and accuracy of the investigation. The visit included realistic scenarios simulating a field work environment, enhancing participants' skills in rapid decision-making and professional incident management. Participants also toured the college's facilities and specialized training capabilities, reflecting the advanced level of preparation and qualification of police personnel.
At the conclusion of the visit, the course leadership presented certificates of appreciation to the college director and Lieutenant Colonel/ Hamza Zaboun, recognizing their efforts in the success of this unique training experience.
