GMTC organized a specialized lecture on "First Responder at the Crime Scene" for members of the 53rd basic Course, presented by Colonel Moatasem Shehadeh, as part of the training program aimed at developing specialized skills and raising the professional competence of members of the security services.
During the lecture, Shehadeh reviewed the procedures that must be followed by the first responder when arriving at a crime scene, starting with securing the site and preserving evidence, through proper documentation mechanisms, and ending with the importance of adhering to legal and professional procedures that ensure the safety and preservation of evidence.
The theoretical aspect was followed by an applied visit to the Palestine College of Police Sciences, which included an applied presentation by Lieutenant Colonel /Hamza Zaboun, during which the participants had the opportunity to apply the concepts and skills they had acquired, through a field simulation of dealing with a crime scene, which contributes to enhancing the speed of response, accuracy of performance, and professional dealing with the scene of the incident and forensic evidence.
The visit concluded with the Palestine College of Police Sciences being honored in recognition of its contributions to supporting the training process and strengthening partnerships in preparing specialized security personnel.
