GMTC holds a lecture on the origins and development of the Palestinian military judiciary as part of the 22 senior officers course

Today, GMTC held a lecture as part of the 22nd Senior Officers Course, hosting the Assistant Military Attorney General, Lieutenant Colonel / Samer Nasser, who gave a comprehensive presentation on the emergence and development of the Palestinian military judiciary, noting the connection with the beginnings of the formation of Palestinian forces in foreign arenas and the development of related titles.
The lecture discussed the powers of the military judiciary at its various levels, the approved litigation mechanisms, in addition to the various formations of military courts and their role in the military judicial system. It also highlighted the role and powers of the Military Prosecution and its close relationship with the military judiciary, stressing the importance of this body in establishing justice and enhancing integrity within the military institution.
