GMTC holds a series of workshops to enhance training and administrative performance

GMTC held several specialized workshops aimed at enhancing training and administrative performance within it, with the participation of various relevant departments and divisions.
In the Department of Curriculum and Scientific Research, a workshop entitled "The Nature of the Training Need" was organized, with the participation of the Training section and the Education Department, where participants discussed mechanisms for identifying the training need and the procedures followed to ensure that training programs are compatible with the requirements of field work. In addition to another workshop with workers at the shooting range, it discussed the training program in the field.
A workshop entitled "Developing the security procedures followed at the Training Institute" was also held, with the participation of the Security and Military Police Departments, where ways to enhance internal security within CTI and develop security work mechanisms to ensure a safer and more effective training environment were discussed.
In addition, another workshop was held by the Human Resources and Control and Inspection Departments, which discussed ways to improve administrative and supervisory work within GMTC, to ensure achieving the highest levels of discipline and quality in institutional performance.
In the Public Relations and Media Department, a workshop was organized that addressed the role of the media in supporting the GMTC’s work and enhancing its internal and external communication, in addition to developing effective communication strategies to serve the GMTC’s mission and goals.
These workshops come within GMTC’s ongoing efforts to develop the work environment, enhance the efficiency of cadres, and improve the quality of training and management in line with current needs and challenges.
