GMTC graduated the 38th "Leadership Development and Enhancement " course, which was organized at CTI, in cooperation with the Turkish training team, and lasted for two weeks, with the participation of (13) officers from various Palestinian security services.
The course included several basic topics in the leadership field, the most prominent of which are: foundations of leadership, types of orders, weapon use blog , problem solving, and procedures for commanding forces. The program began with the playing of the Turkish national anthem and the Palestinian national anthem , as an expression of the strong relationship between the two sides.
In his speech, staff Lieutenant Colonel /Ramzi Abu Fara, Assistant Commander of CTI, stressed the importance of these courses in refining the officers’ professional and leadership skills, praising the great efforts made by the Turkish training team to transfer their expertise. He also appreciated the role of the course leader, Lieutenant Colonel /Khalil Freihat, and the translator Lieutenant Colonel /Hamza Abu Akar, contributing of the course success.
In turn, Captain/ Janar Gereth, representative of the Turkish team, noted the importance of exchanging experiences between the two parties, stressing that the participating officers showed commitment and seriousness in acquiring the required leadership skills, and wished them more success in their duties.
