GMTC organizes a lecture for the 33rd and 34th officer indoctrination courses on individual and administrative skills

GMTC organized a central lecture during which it hosted Brigadier /Ibrahim Al-Absi, Director of the Palestine College of Police Sciences, in which he discussed the importance of developing individual skills and personal capabilities in security work, through which he targeted the 33rd and 34th officer indoctrination courses.
Al-Absi stressed that the success of a security man is linked to his individual skills such as intelligence, acumen, quick wit, and the ability to anticipate the future, noting that continuous training builds the officer’s personality and improves his field performance.
He also talked about the importance of administrative skills such as planning, time management, and decision-making, in addition to communication skills, which are essential for the success of leadership and teamwork.
At the conclusion of the lecture, he stressed the importance of developing personal capabilities and keeping pace with developments to enhance security and professional competence.
