Today, Tuesday, GMTC held a specialized workshop to review and update the objectives of the 2025–2027 strategic plan, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance the institutional development process and improve the work system in accordance with the best modern administrative practices.
The workshop addressed a number of main topics, most notably the project to digitize processes and automate risk management procedures, in addition to discussing the components of the strategic plan and the mechanisms for preparing it, as well as modern tools and methodologies in strategic planning to ensure integration between strategic planning and practical implementation.
During the workshop, approved performance indicators were reviewed to measure the level of achievement and achievement of institutional goals, where the importance of localizing these indicators at the level of departments and divisions was emphasized, in a way that enhances performance efficiency and raises the level of institutional quality.
The workshop witnessed the implementation of practical training and field applications that focused on mechanisms for achieving the objectives of departments and divisions and translating strategic directions into implementable action plans, which contributes to raising the efficiency of institutional performance and achieving GMTC's strategic objectives.
The workshop organizers stressed that this event comes within the framework of continuing to implement development plans related to the quality system, enhancing the culture of results-based planning and enabling cadres to use modern tools in planning and follow-up.
This workshop is part of a series of development activities and programs implemented by GMTC with the aim of developing institutional performance and enhancing work efficiency to keep pace with the requirements of the next stage.
