GMTC organizes a workshop on crisis management and decision-making

Today, GMTC organized a specialized workshop entitled "Crisis Management and How to Make Decisions" at CTI, in cooperation with the French National Gendarmerie and with the participation of a number of members of the security services.
The workshop was presented by Colonel/ Dominique Michel and Lieutenant Colonel /Cyril Croconian, who reviewed the most prominent modern concepts in crisis management, mechanisms for dealing with emergency situations, in addition to decision-making methodologies in complex and stressful circumstances.
The workshop discussed the basics of advance crisis planning, the importance of rapid response and coordination between relevant authorities, in addition to presenting practical models and applications that simulate realistic scenarios, which contributes to enhancing the readiness of participants and their ability to deal effectively with crises.
The two lecturers stressed the importance of building the capabilities of security leaders in the field of crisis management and the necessity of possessing the skills of analyzing situations and making sound decisions at the appropriate time, which reflects positively on the efficiency of security performance.
This workshop comes within the framework of GMTC's keenness to develop the skills of its members and benefit from international expertise, in a way that enhances the efficiency of security work and raises the level of readiness to face various challenges.
