leadership training team organized a workshop about the factors affecting loyalty and belonging among security institution employees ,and the effect of delay in eligibility for ranks and financial dues on the motivation of members of the security services ,the influence of public opinion on security operations and the institution's performance of its tasks.
Where the participants of the intermediate leadership course (26) discussed this topics , emphasizing that the security institution has maintained its strength, cohesion, and determination to perform its function until the establishment of the Palestinian State despite difficult pressures.
This was in the presence of the head of the Military Training Commission Staff major general /Mahmoud Haroon who emphasized the importance of this topics , explaining that we are at difficult stage that requires us to sacrifice and stability . Everything that happens proves the validity of our political leadership approach. Oriented to the need for constant readiness to develop the security institution, to perform its functions in all circumstances to serve our people and our national project.
