GMTC held the second preparatory meeting for the multi-level joint exercise, which aims to examine readiness and enhance joint work mechanisms between security services. Representatives from various security services participated in the meeting, where several main topics were discussed, including:
•The Proposed date for the implementing the exercise.
• Determining the participating forces from each security services.
• The nature of scenarios and dilemmas associated with the tasks of each service.
The meeting was attended by the head of GMTC staff major General / Mahmoud Harun, who welcomed the attendees and thanked them for their efforts, focused on the importance of these exercises in assessing the capabilities and readiness of the security services, and pointed out the benefit of feedback in developing future plans and programs. He also focused on the idea that GMTC placed its full capabilities at the service of the security institution to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and readiness.
