GMTC participates in the Middle East and North Africa Network conference in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

The head of GMTC for the Palestinian Security Forces participated in the conference of the Middle East and North Africa Network for Public Administration Research and the Public Service and Administration Authority (MINAPAR), which is held in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and addresses multiple topics related to developing institutional performance and raising the efficiency of the security services in the region.
During the conference, a research paper presented by the researcher Lieutenant Colonel /Mohammad Khader Salama was presented, entitled: "The role of human resources management practices in achieving institutional excellence from the point of view of employees in GMTC of the Palestinian Security Forces."
The paper highlighted the importance of applying modern and integrated practices in human resources management, and its pivotal role in supporting institutional excellence within security institutions, by empowering employees, developing the work environment, and enhancing the culture of performance.
The paper received interest from conference participants, as it contains findings and recommendations that can be built upon in developing human resources policies within security institutions at the local and regional levels.
