GMTC graduated the Turkish language course –, level two, which was organized in cooperation with the Turkish Cultural Center "Yunus Emre" in Ramallah, during the period between April 20 and June 3, 2025, and included of 11 trainers with 84 training hours, from various security services.
This course was organized within the program to develop the capabilities of members of the security institution in foreign languages, as it targeted distinguished trainees who successfully passed the first level course, with the aim of moving them to an advanced level that enables them to interact more broadly with the Turkish language in daily and professional contexts.
The course topics focused on enhancing the use of tenses in conversation and writing, developing the ability to understand complex linguistic structures, and translating journalistic texts, in addition to expanding the participants’ linguistic vocabulary in daily life.
In his speech during the ceremony, Deputy Chairman of GMTC, Brigadier General \Bassam Al-Jerbi, expressed his pride in the advanced level demonstrated by the participants, stressing the importance of investing in developing the language skills of trainers because of their pivotal role in enhancing performance.
The Director of Turkey's Agency for International Coordination and Cooperation (TIKA), Mr. Orhan Aydin, also delivered a speech in which he expressed his pride in the continued cooperation with the Palestinian side, stressing that "these sessions represent an important cultural and humanitarian bridge that reflects the depth of relations between the Turkish and Palestinian peoples.
