GMTC Conducts Final Meeting to Discuss the Implemented Workshops During Ramadan

Within the continuous efforts for developing the institutional work, enhancing the adequacy of the administrative and technical work, and developing educational and supporting services in the commission, GMTC conducted, today, the final meeting for reviewing the workshops that has been implemented through the various GMTC’s departments during Ramadan.
The implemented workshops discussed a number of main topics including: administrative development, Information Technology (IT), International Specifications for the quality management system (ISO 9001/PS), and the occupational health and safety system following the criteria PS/ ISO 45001: 2018. As the workshops aimed at enhancing the performance quality and work system in GMTC, they emerge a set of important conclusions and recommendations.
At the end of the meeting, the head of GMTC, Staff Major General / Mahamoud Haron stressed the importance of the workshops’ conclusions, confirming the necessity of the commitment to the recommendations and implementing them on the ground. Staff Major General also confirmed that these workshops constitute a cornerstone in the enhancement of the adequacy of the institutional performance and the development of the training system and the supportive services in the GMTC. In doing so, Haron stressed the continuity of development efforts and the accurate reviewing for policies and procedures, followed by conducting complementary workshops to guarantee the implementation of these conclusions, which reflects the spirit of discipline and professionalism among GMTC staff.
With cooperative efforts and in line with the GMTC commitment to the continuous development and reviewing polices within the requirements of the institutional work, it is worth mentioning that the workshops have been conducted during Ramadan in spite of the various challenges and the hard circumstances.
