The opening of this media facility comes within the framework of the GMTC’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the military media system and modernize its institutional communication tools. The studio was established and fully equipped through the efforts and expertise of the GMTC’s staff, with complete self-funding, demonstrating practical efficiency and reliance on national resources.
The inauguration coincided with the commemoration of Land Day, with its national symbolism that reinforces the role of media in preserving the Palestinian narrative, conveying it to various forums, and solidifying its presence in the collective consciousness. During the opening ceremony, Major General Haroun emphasized that this achievement represents a significant milestone in the development of media work within the security establishment, and embodies the GMTC’S vision of utilizing media as an effective strategic tool that contributes to supporting security work and enhancing public trust.
