GMTC held a preparatory meeting for the Fourth Scientific Training Conference, entitled: "Media in the Digital Age: Shaping the Sovereign Narrative and Enhancing Awareness as a Pillar of Comprehensive Security." The proposed conference title was agreed upon.
The meeting, chaired by the Head of GMTC, Major General Mahmoud Haroun, and attended by representatives of partner organizations, included a comprehensive presentation of the proposed amendments and observations. The discussion concluded with the integration of the scientific themes into four main axes covering aspects of digital transformation and its impact on the national narrative and community security.
During the session, the conference's overall objective was reformulated to align with current digital challenges, with a focus on the role of media in protecting awareness and enhancing information sovereignty.
The meeting concluded with an agreement to announce the launch of the conference and set its dates, signaling the start of the submission of research papers and the logistical preparations for hosting this important scientific event.
